We can better understand how race, class, gender, and their intersections operate in society by examining a wide array of human experiences. In this blog, our Hamilton College Race, Class, Gender class explores how people’s lives are shaped by their identities, location in society, how they are viewed by others, and by the institutions they are a part of.  We unpack the different challenges and opportunities people encounter, in hopes that, upon these foundations, we may begin to initiate change.
