In society, there are unspoken rules that we grow up with. People often say, “Sharing is caring” or they donate to charity, and people volunteer. Do people do it because of the goodness of their hearts or because of what society has formed as things that a person should do in order to be perceived in a certain way.
What was your favorite Halloween costume? Let’s analyze the character you chose to be during Halloween and explore why that was your favorite Halloween costume?
A thought experiment is presented to explore your morals and values. If a boat was sinking and the lifeboat couldn’t save everybody, who would you save and who would you sacrifice? Do your morals and values change in different situations, especially in a life or death situation?
Everyone has someone in their life that they look up to. Is it your mom, dad, friend, aunty, uncle? Who is your role model? Why do you look up to them? Explore why that person is someone you look up to.
If you could create your own world, what would it look like? What would it include? What are some rules you would create for your world?
There’s a saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Can 3-4 photos show people who you are as a person? Look through photos on your camera roll or photo album that capture different sides of yourself and write a letter to your future self.
