It&#8217;s not what I expected, but I&#8217;m enjoying it! I&#8217;m learning to make cheese, care for sheep, and maintain a small-scale farm. Additionally, I&#8217;ve been asked to research how to turn one of the fields on the farm into a native meadow to improve the soil and feed the sheep at the same time.
