Greener Power
Alternative forms of energy offer the ability to move to a more environmentally friendly future. The Adirondacks are host to many opportunities to create green energy.
The Adirondacks are often considered to be a place of untouched wilderness. Yet, our actions affect the very nature of the park. As global temperature rises and fossil fuels pollute the atmosphere, much of the flora and fauna of the park are at risk of being destroyed. Green energy offers an alternative that may aid in maintaining the integrity of the Adirondacks.
